Project Description

Follow as we begin renovating Indian Creek Country Club. When we met with the management team at Indian Creek Country Club, we conducted a comprehensive needs assessment of their maintenance operations. The club had recently invested in a fleet of new maintenance equipment to replace their outdated machinery, creating an immediate need for proper weather-protected storage solutions.

Additionally, the maintenance team expressed concerns about their equipment cleaning procedures, prompting us to design an efficient wash system that would extend the lifespan of their valuable machinery. A significant challenge they faced was the inefficient use of storage space, with a disproportionate amount dedicated to chemical and fertilizer storage that needed to be relocated and properly contained according to current safety standards.

Indian Creek Country Club selected Roughneck Ranch to design and implement these critical facility upgrades. Our construction process begins with a complete overhaul of the electrical infrastructure. We’re installing a new 800 amp service to support the club’s forward-thinking transition to electric lawn mowers, positioning them at the forefront of sustainable golf course maintenance practices.
